C. Contributors can sell the package and earn a commission and they can develop up to 10 affiliates through whom they can also earn a commission.

D. Only 50 or fewer Contributors are being allowed into this program and each Contributor's product will be evaluated for quality, value and market before being approved. A Contributor will be notified if they are approved to participate.

E. In addition to the package, a number of licenses will be identified and sold to at least 50 licensees per license (initially; more licensees later if warranted.)

F. Each license will be for a group of three to seven products and will be priced from $295 to $995 (maybe higher) based on the value of the products contained in a particular license.

G. Each Contributor and their affiliates can sell licenses and earn commissions on their sale and their affiliates' sales.

H. These licenses will be bought by people who want to sell a given line of products. The number of licenses per product bundle will be limited to 500 so that licensees know that their competition is limited.

I. Each Contributor agrees to have their product as part of the package, to market the program to their contacts, to cooperate in cross-linking activities, to set up an affiliate organization of up to 10 affiliates, and to allow their product to be sold by licensees.

J. Each contributor receives no compensation for when their product sells in the package. They do receive a royalty (averaging 15%) from a Licensee when the Licensee sells one of a Contributor's products.

K. Licensees will have to meet minimum sales standards to maintain their licensing rights.

Benefits for Contributors

As a Contributor you will receive:

1. The right to promote this exclusive package (item A in the previous section) and develop up to 10 affiliates

2. Commission payments of $200 for each Package sold by you and $100 for each Package sold by your affiliates.

3. Royalty payment of 15% of the established retail price of each of your products that are sold through Licensees.

4. Full advertising exposure for the duration of the campaign. Your product/service information and relevant links will be displayed on campaign pages. Participants in other similar types of programs have sold as much as $1,000 or more.

5. A complete list of all product and license buyers will be made available to you. This list of $500+ buyers will be very valuable to "backend" or present your other products and services.

6. A copy of each contributed product and access to contributed services (for a specified period of time.) Sharing of these high quality products and services alone is well worth becoming a Contributor.

7. Continued exposure and marketing of product and service bundles. In organizing and promoting this Joint Venture program, we are launching a marketing juggernaut. Our experience will increase marketing effectiveness for all Contributors.

8. Priority eligibility to participate in future JV's. We are planning additional limited resale rights marketing JV's. If you have other products and/or develop more products you will receive priority in being able to join future JV's. .
